Thanks for your feedback - It is great to hear that you feel we have a one team feeling - that is what makes us the best place to work. With regards to the pay issues you mention - to ensure we have fairness across all teams - we have a yearly pay review - which is done by myself and senior leaders across the business. On top of this Octopus are always keen to ensure that things are fair so team members get an automatic true inflationary increase every year. We do also have lots of work going on for progression within each persons role in business development. If you don't feel this is the case please do feel free to reach out to me.
