Pros
- amazing trainings in different locations and stores - discount in every brand of Calzedonia group (Calzedonia, intimissimi, falconeri, tezenis)
Cons
- fights between employees who can serve the customers because of % bonus of sales (all tracked) so employees steal your sales to receive a possible bonus (cashiers are using their employee cards and not yours while customer pays) - uniforms are disappointing - just few trainings when there could be a visit - workloads submitted late and with strange hours and breaks
