Pros

There’s room for growth, they promote people quickly. Duties include sales, gaining clients, merchandising the store, opening and closing procedures, making deposits, keeping track of sales on paper, intricate detail in folding and over all display of merchandise.

Cons

Poor management... sometimes it’s easy to feel as though the pay is not worth how much management expect from employees.

-as a district you get a lot of freedom -nice product -nice bonus systeem IF you would ever reach the budget

Cons

- HR is a joke - paychecks are incorrect and paid too late - the salary is not conform to the rest of the country - impossible targets - upper management is very harsh. Italian way of selling is too pushy for Belgium - not a lot of training for either management or sales assistants - a lot of pressure in the shops - all opportunities go to italian expat - a lot of 'favourites' in the company. When you are blessed to be the favourite you can do nothing wrong, else watch out to be shouted at.
