Micromanage you to death, poor salary rate, toxic upper management who gossip behind your back instead of being professional and communicating properly. They get rid of people like there nothing, upper management does not care about personal problems whatsoever. The company does not pay out unused vacation and will use you and abuse you if you don't stand up for yourself. Extremely disappointed with the management of this company. The company itself has great potential due to great products but no one knows how to train or run the business. As a store manager, I was treated like an associate my opinion didn't matter and was micromanaged through surveillance cameras "stalk mode status" was sickening along with the 5 messages a day that had to be sent out with our personal phones. Instead of wasting time watching you should have been training the team and me. I was required to work from home on my days off because we didn't have a computer at work where I needed to do the schedule I had to use my personal gadgets and wasn't able to do it at work due to me not being able to have my office time as a store manager because I was pressured to be on the floor and sale and sale when I had my team to do that. More people need to speak up and stand up for themselves this kind of treatment should not be tolerated!
