      Great store team and nice promotions.

      Cons

      Extreme high demand. Impossible sales expectations and the higher management level believes that without items in the store, selling is possible. No investment in marketing on a new market and zero appreciation of sales and brand employees.

      High expectations, low pay Non experienced upper management Rude Italians who all speak Italian in front of everyone when they can speak English Arrogant and cocky Regional Managers High turnover, everyone hates working here but it's a paycheck
