A company to improve your resume, not your experience.

Great company to bump up your resume in terms of title.

Cons

No growth opportunities in the corporate level since there is a lot of favoritism (especially if you’re not from Italy). Low salaries and their headcount is always prioritizing social events and expensive celebrities. No development and, or management training. Stores’ monthly target it’s always extremely high, which makes it impossible to achieve.

- Beautiful products - Less lonely if you manage to make some friends

Cons

Awful management, micro managing your every move, very stressful, all colleagues are talking Italian all the time so you feel lonely if you don’t speak or understand the language. They work in little cliques, it’s not high school anymore!!

It’s impossible to think something good for this place

Cons

-Long hours -High pressure - Low pay - Toxic environment -No training -High management press you everyday and it’s gossiping behind you -They complain and sent message also on your day off -Difficult to ask holiday, they have a lot of excuses to don’t give you holiday or they cancel if they need -Hard to maintain a good mental health in this company -There are no cleaner, so you getting paid as sales assistant but you do also cleaning job (you have to clean the toilet as well)
