Great team of hard working staff. Nice collection and okay price.

Cons

Old school sales mentality, very pushy. Management expects too much from staff and gives little for it. Not enough training or feedback given.

Pros

If you show that you are an hardworker, confident and a very competitive person, you can advance and have a long career in this company.

Cons

The bonus plan is good, unfortunately they set unachievable target. Also, it's a company growing, but I don't think that "top" managers are ready for it, very often are cold and arrogant, without showing any support.
