- Deep product training - You have to do everything, from customer service to stockroom, so you learn a lot - Co-workers are friendly - Discount in all Calzedonia brands

Cons

- Really high targets - Not the best pay, but it increases every year - You have to constantly be best seller to be considered, but there's no commissions - Hard to grow in the company if you're not friends with the right people
