Colleagues are nice, flexible Rota if you ask with a few weeks in advance, good discount

Cons

Salary is very low, The pressure to achieve targets is very high and not in a realistic way. Impossible to grow inside the company unless the higher management personally likes and not professionally. Some higher management position are filled with people that don't speak proper English, don't understand the English markets and let stress get in the way of work. Terrible uniforms that don't fit properly in some members.
