You need to sell and put the sales in your name , but you don't get comissions. So they create this hostile environment in some shops , in exchange of nothing.
If you start growing , don't expect your salary to grow as well.
People in the head office are not nice most of the times.
They tend to like and give more opportunities if you are Italian. And you can listen the staff frequently speaking in Italian as well! Most of the times it comes from the management, which is not professional, it looks bad in front of the customers, and the same for other colleagues that end up feeling excluded from the rest of the team !

If people steal something from your shop they will try to find guiltys between the sales assistant.
There is no cameras, there is no alarms.
If people come to exchange or refund , you need to find a way to avoid it. Which can be very stressful because sometimes the customer is right.. I could continue.
