Pros

Genuine management interest in employee attitudes and feelings. A company that values diversity and not just with lip service. Benefits are one of the best in the pharmaceutical industry and there is usually good visibility to a future up the career ladder.

Cons

Complex organization with overlapping and unnecessary layers. Different segments of the company are isolated from others making interaction on common issues difficult. Much duplication of effort.
