Pros

Free Alcohol. Coolish clients. Nice office.

Cons

Absolutely everything! This is such a toxic and overworked environment. Not inclusive at all. Everyone is super young with little to no experience. Most people who have been there for years either interned or been at the company since they were a coordinator. If you're a person of color RUN! This place is very clicky - people feel entitled to be in your personal space and business. They don't know how to effectively communicate with anyone. Their love language is being passive-aggressive through email.

Thanks for your feedback. We are considering your thoughts and we appreciate them. I am disappointed to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience. A huge focus of my role is to ensure we are cultivating a culture where all of our team members not only feel included, but are seen, heard, and feel valued. We are having a lot of conversations about the future of what the workplace looks like, and I will be sure to reflect on your experience when making recommendations for internal changes. If you are open to speaking with me directly, I would like to further learn about your experience to ensure that we make any, and all substantive changes so that no one else ever feels the same.
