Cons
Cliquey energy, even for those who've been at the agency for years. Using "industry standard" and "client benefits" as an excuse for low pay, when several peers across different agencies with similar clients earn significantly more. Overall, not a super welcoming place, and competition between coworkers is pushed more than teamwork
