- incredible clients - great reputation in the industry - work with very creative and smart people - can be a fun environment

Cons

- very little work/life balance - long hours and demanding clients are typical in PR, but Nike did not give space to set boundaries - consistently spent late nights and weekends working - teams are too small to handle the client load and this feedback wasn't taken seriously
