Pros

Great team environment, support from management and visibility to senior / executive level management. Flexible work practices and good emphasis on work life balance.

Cons

As with most large companies, very slow to adapt to change / innovate. Agree with some other comments that long-standing members get shuffled around in senior management positions. Salary is not too competitive / at market rate.

Cons

Very very poor salary hikes. Recognition and rewards to employees is more on rotation basis rather than good work done.

Initial Enthusiasm (Co startup at 2006) vanished soon, employees level decreased year by year, too customer focused
