      Many bright people with a passion for assisting clients meet their goals.

      Cons

      Little mentoring available to new associates. Lack of enough staff in certain practice areas to participate in larger projects, which would end up building a better reputation for Revere.

      Pros

      Arkadin is always reinvesting in their own technology and are focused solely on conferencing and collaboration. Great at partnering to offer other products as well.

      Cons

      Multiple back end systems create a lot of work to get things investigated and resolved for customer queries.

      pay is good for fresher. enough time to grasp basics is given ,process training by the manager is beneficial for new joiners

      increments are pathetic. and chances for promotion are very low.
