      Good company to work with, learning curve is average, more knowledge on management activities and internal training department is excellent

      Cons

      Heirarchy structure is bad, salary constraints are more and have to wait for long time to get credits for the hard work

      There is a good core team. Senior management are not invested at the staff level. They need to get into the weeds a little to make sure growth happens.
