Pros There is no doubt that this is a company that is disrupting the traditional job marketplace. You get out, what you put in. We are encouraged to lean on one another. I feel well supported and I'm fully invested in the direction that this company is moving towards. Cons I can honestly and truthfully say, there is nothing. You get out what you put into this job/company. Glassdoor offers so much ability to grow, connect, and disrupt!

Cons

Cons Some teething issues with our new campaign product but I’m sure we will get through it as we always do. I feel like csms have too many competing priorities with sales and too many targets in general.

Compensation is good Had great culture which is spoiled now No work life balance. 24/7 availability is expected.

Cons

* Mentioning about India team. Not sure if other Geos also feels the same Great culture is only in words now No family time , especially because of this women employees are struggling alot . Work will be there even on saturdays and sundays Always in call including fridays Culture says more of family time, zoom free fridays, third friday half day etc etc. But managers say work and only work
