Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits. Bonus/Raise annually. Discounts on apparel, shoes, gear, etc. Summer Hours.

Cons

Once you're in, it's pretty hard to get out unless it's by your choice. Some employees who have been at Nike for 5+ years are just cruising and don't work very hard.

Overall, the culture is great and beneficial; however, there are some employees who take the culture - and the company - a bit too seriously. But this is true everywhere...
