Pros

Nike is a great place to work because of the people and the product. It tends to have a great team atmosphere and has some great employee benefits.

Cons

Not sure of the current direction management is taking. Employees used to be seen as an asset but I am not sure that is the case anymore. There seems to be a much larger degree of politicking and ladder climbing by many of the managers hired over the last 5 years which has changed the team dynamic considerably.

Pros

In general, I'd say I'm proud to work there, and have learned a lot. Definitely a great place to learn. You kind of learn through osmosis here.

Cons

There's a little bit of cronyism among Nike, and a little bit of politics. I suppose that's with any job though, especially of this size. It is what you make of it.

Amazing level of talent within my team and a wide variety of personality types

Cons

Big and bureaucratic seemed to be really who you knew rather than anything else. There is a certain cockiness in the air. People forget that yes the job is cool to work for Nike in the end its a job and your just a small cog in the machine
