Pros

Nike is a very competitive place to work and the SWOOSH is King. If you enjoy living and talking sports this is a great company to work for. Very casual - if it has a swoosh you can wear it to work. The benefits backage along with a sabatical is GREAT!!!

Cons

Nike wants you to take control of your career and occasionally does not value their employees promoting from within.

Pros

Nike is a great place to work because of the people and the product. It tends to have a great team atmosphere and has some great employee benefits.

Cons

Not sure of the current direction management is taking. Employees used to be seen as an asset but I am not sure that is the case anymore. There seems to be a much larger degree of politicking and ladder climbing by many of the managers hired over the last 5 years which has changed the team dynamic considerably.
