      Pros

      Lots of opportunities, but it helps to know people. The campus is a big plus but Beaverton can be a little slow if you are coming from a big city. Overall, it is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best and the hiring and firing process needs improvement. Too many projects and initiatives going on at once can make it hard to prioritize.

      Pros

      Working for Nike has many benefits. To name a few I would include; Physical work environment at WHQ, Very bountiful PTO, A very generous 401k, energetic co-workers in many of the departments. These are just a few of the benefits. Just check out Nikebiz.org to find out more.

      Cons

      Not everyone is energetic, and some are resistant from moving away from their comfort zones. Not all job positions fit within the 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday work week. For those that work the shift work positions work / life balancing can be a challenge.
