      Pros

      people, environment, fun industry sector, global company, lots of job movement and can go where ever you want so long as hard working and patient

      Cons

      can be a complex and a bit emotional (vs analytical) place to work. change/initiatives are sometimes hard due to matrix and can be frustrating if you are impatient but if it is a good idea it will happen.

      Good benefits. Discounts to many great companies and partners.

      Cons

      The factory stores are grunt work. The corporate jobs get all the perks and the only jobs that get recognition within Nike. NikeTown offers good opportunities as well but the the factory stores are slave ships
