      Pros

      Total access to the gym, store, starbucks and you feel a respect when you mention you work for Nike.

      Cons

      Nike has to be your whole life otherwise you won't fit in.

      Pros

      The people were fun to work with, discount, yearly bonus, stock options, recognition, & emphasis on teamwork. the mgr in my dept. was good.

      Cons

      low pay, seemed like there was not enough opportunity to become of a higher level mgmt or obtain new skills in a different department, unless it was the sales floor. most of the supervisors in my dept could have done better in actually leading the team
