everybody pretend to be a super athlete with false winning attitude, during lunch time you are forced to go running and doing sports because otherwise you will be judged by other collegues. No focus was given to my position, I was hired and had no referent in charge because he was not hired yet and missing for 4 months. My position was not recognized by Italian management only by internationals. I was excluded from meetings even if my international supervisor pushed me in. After 4 moths once my local direct referent was hired he brought his own team and I was fired without any explanation. Till now, after 4 years this position is still vacant in Italy because nobody wants it for real. They keep hiring and firing people.
