Good team, hard environment but supportive colleges. Some opportunities for clinical development. Some flexibility in shift pattern. Long days giving more days off. Supportive practice development nurse.

Cons

Targets becoming more of a focus rather than nursing care. Senior management support poor. Pressure from management to meet targets can feel like a blame culture.

Defensive politic. Enormous amount of paperwork. Waste of resources ( electricity , water ect)
