Pros

Lots of overtime, lots of experience

Cons

6 weeks training needed before actually starting taking calls. Training involves lots of reading and in my opinion is outdated. Low pay.

Pros

1. Opportunities to work at different organisations; 2. Funded MSc degree(s); 3. Organised personal development plan; 4. Training includes business coaching -- very useful.

Cons

1. If you are not on general management stream, you are required to attend two MSc level courses in your first year -- healthcare leadership and your specialism education. Both of them take a lot of spare time, but this is what graduate scheme supposed to be like. 2. You might end up at a very good organisation or one that couldn't care less.
