Compensation for the partner team is so complex this year that it cancels out all of the "Pros". Nobody on the partner team knows how much they're supposed to be paid. This is due to system changes that are hopefully temporary, but also to the nature of the comp plans. I am not sure who designed them, but they are the opposite of motivating and extremely complex.
Partner Managers currently spend an inappropriate amount of time logging tickets for their compensation instead of doing their jobs. This is extremely stressful. Management claims to be doing everything they can to fix it, but the problem is deeper than system migration issues.
