      - focus on my personal development, now and for beyond MuleSoft - people and culture is tremendous and supportive - management focused on winning together

      Cons

      - lots of hours: evident that your output is directly related to extra input

      - Great opportunity ahead - Lot of momentum in the business - Honest about when things aren't working out and a genuine desire to change them - Good, experienced leaders at the helm - It's a genuine, down to earth culture and not much BS

      Cons

      - Have made a couple of hiring mistakes in the past which has somewhat dented the culture. These are being resolved now though
