      Pros

      Free lunches twice a week. Good on-boarding (albeit very similar to another giant IT co. !) flat structure. Good concept

      Cons

      Expectation to work 12-14 hours a day. No structure. Inexperienced people managers who walk around with their shoes off as if its their home - very unproffesional. Very strong culture of who's back you scratch! The senior leadership have a poor vision of the reality.

      -Good location -Nice office -Successful product -Growing quickly

      -Negative culture -Employee happiness is not a concern of management -No work/life balance -Environment isn't enjoyable because people are so unhappy

      Interesting technology being adopted The application space is growing very fast The market is there for the taking, but competition is fierce Company appreciates its people and works hard to build a culture

      Cons

      Periods of intense and very hard work are expected Growing very fast, so organisational cracks and chafing are inevitable. This can be a bit rough.
