Pros
They helped me find a job in Nov 2008, which is saying something. They got me in front of some people who hired me. Since then almost nothing. I went out to lunch once with them. They remind me to send in my time sheet and pretty much leave me alone.
Cons
They finally got around to offering health plan to contractors this year, but its fairly expensive, especially for family - about $400/person/month. They will only submit you for one job at a time if you're looking, so that's limiting. They require a W2, so no self-employment benefits.
