      Read carefully their contracts, and dont serve resignation to your previous job unless you sign and sort out contract with MODIS first.

      Pros

      Prepared me well for the interview. Supportive while on contract. Contract site was close to home. Would work with them again.

      Cons

      Expectations for salary conversion after 6 months not accurate, neither was opportunities to grow. Not entirely their fault, circumstances changed with the project.
