      Pros

      Has contractors working for some of the bigger employers in San Francisco such as Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo. Paychecks arrive on time.

      Cons

      Don't sign up for Homeland Healthcare. Coverage was minimal. Had one hospital visit, but the amount Homeland covered was lower than negotiating with hospital and paying out of pocket.

      Pros

      If you can sell into a client which turns over a lot of staff you could do okay. But, there are hundreds of staffing companies trying to do the same thing.

      Cons

      As the months roll by your quotas will increase to the point where it is highly unlikely you will succeed. If you get to this point you will make good money but it is unlikely. And if the office manager is not making their numbers then they will fire you so their profit will be better. No real incentive to keep BDMs.

      Pros

      The pay is better than average. You get exposed to a number of different companies and work places. There is a lot of veriety of work.

      Cons

      You get stuck doing what you have experience in. So you kind of stagnate in your carrer. Have to be proactive in doing work that you do not have experience in and that means talking the client into letting you do that type of work. No training or education monies available.
