      Pros

      As long as the customer is happy, the company leaves you alone to do your work. Only the necessary corporate communication is sent.

      Cons

      Time-keeping process is not very 'green'. For being an IT Consulting company, you should be able to complete timesheets via website only (no fax or copying!!!)

      Pros

      They are prompt in returning calls. They pay for parking at their office.

      Cons

      The recruiters submit the resumes at multiple clients and the account managers are not competent enough to get interview calls. Once they submit a resume at a rate, after the grilling interview and once the client selects the candidate, Modis comes back and tells that there was a mistake in the rate and the client is not willing to offer more than a particular rate. Please be aware of this pitfall.
