Managing director is leading the branch in the right direction, everyone in the office has personality and gets along like a family

Cons

Restructure means all hands on deck, not necessarily a bad thing. Everyone contributes and is able to see progress along the way.

Good company to work for, fantastic colleagues. Good work and personal life balance. I have worked with a great team who are friendly and I get on with inside and outside of work

Cons

Management with little vision, too many managers who dont know what is going on most of the time. The moral is low with a lot of lower level employees.
