Pros
They arranged a favorable contract and were great with travel expenses for mileage to job-site. Coordinators made many trips out to site to make sure things ran smoothly and always looked to address our concerns. Company also provided a weekly allowance for use of cell phone.
Cons
The daily time check-in/out over phone was incredibly tedious; daily upon arrival and departure times with hours, locations on campus, lunch times, etc. ---would have been better served with an online tool. Client required our staff to check in daily with Security for daily temp badges when there were longer-term consultant badges available. I found one (non-direct) coordinator personally insulting.
