Same picked over jobs with the same ineligible candidates. Modis isn't so much the problem, it's the terrible corporations they work with. Candidates are constantly discriminated against due to race. They have no code of ethics. The training that I received was not exactly top notch but what can they do in such a demanding environment..

Many of the contractors that this company hires are of international descent. Behind closed doors in internal office meetings, these same contractors are made fun of for their various cultural backgrounds, accents, and names. I've been in these meetings and been disgusted by the behavior and discrimination. This company uses contractors of foreign backgrounds to line their own pockets and mocks the contractors behind their back.
