      Pros

      Great experience to get industry experience and learn to sink or swim. Decent commission and benefits.

      Cons

      Salary bands are way under the standard. Segmentation has been hard on the employees and staff. Hopefully things improve soon and add knowledgeable support staff.

      Pros

      Pre-Adecco, Modis was, for the most part, a great company to work for, with some caveats. Excellent clients. Supportive coworkers. Well-oiled backoffice.

      Cons

      Archaic approaches to recruiting and short-term management thinking. Branch-level managers' idea of managing was "do as I say, and I will just suck up to the powers that be".
