      Company which promotes good relaitonshops between colleagues, allows flexibility, trusts the employees

      Pros

      I am a consultant to AIG. I love working for the company because of the opportunity and challenges they provide.

      Cons

      AIG is going through constant re-org which leads to lot of uncertainty. In last 6 months we have had 3 major re-orgs.

      Pros

      Exceptional support staff in Dallas/Fort Worth. Great client. I have no complaints about the Modis people from the Account Manager to the phone support people. This is by far the nest consulting experience I've ever had.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. That's not really Modis at fault I think as Obamacare screwed everyone with a job. It's the only drawback to this excellent experience. I will drop their coverage and purchase my own when as soon as I can.
