Mr Spencer doesnt have a printer at his house. I had him sign the document and he e-sign the document. However, I needed it in the paper. I asked him to sign and send it to me, he said he has been working remote and does not own a printer. Can someone buy a printer for Spencer at Modis ?

Not so supportive if project is over. H1B guys should stay away

Cons

1) The worst employer health insurance plan (700$ for employee and spouse with 12000 deductable and 40% copay. You got to be kidding me), 2) No paid leaves, 3) No benefits. 4) False promises during joining. 5) They take more cut from client billing. They take around 40% to 50% from the client billing and pay little for H1B workers. They literally suck their blood. 6) Forget green card processing. They promise to start after few months of joining but it usually never happens ADVISE : Demand to know about client billing rate and do not accept for anything less than 80% of client billing rate.
