      Pros

      Work life balance is really good. New technologies, tools and everything was up to date.

      Cons

      PC that devs are given have their encryption system and its making it slow. Some processes related to software require that you come to the office to update your system. And if you're at clients site and don't want to go to Ajilons office just to activate some software its making life difficult.

      Pros

      - They pay on-time (weekly). Never had an issue. - They can sponsor your green-card (although you have to pay for all the costs).

      Cons

      - They keep a significant percentage of your rate (4 times what Ciber keeps!). - It took me 4 years to get a raise! They'll resist as much as possible and the whole time they'll just blow smoke up your you-know-what. "We've started the paperwork/" or "we're working on it". They're NOT! - If you're a contractor, have the client start the process or just leave & go else where. - Submitting time-sheet is a hassle. You have to fill them out online and then fax them (in addition to the client's time-sheet system).

      Pros

      They helped me find a job in Nov 2008, which is saying something. They got me in front of some people who hired me. Since then almost nothing. I went out to lunch once with them. They remind me to send in my time sheet and pretty much leave me alone.

      Cons

      They finally got around to offering health plan to contractors this year, but its fairly expensive, especially for family - about $400/person/month. They will only submit you for one job at a time if you're looking, so that's limiting. They require a W2, so no self-employment benefits.
