Cons

The only con to this job is we can't control people but that has nothing to do with the company just the job itself can be stressful at times.

Easy transition out of college

Pros

I just started and the transition has been extremely smooth. I have learned so much in the couple months I have been here. My colleagues are extremely helpful and fun to be around. They work hard and play harder. There are fun events throughout the year. Everyone is willing to help you no matter if it is their job. The managing director does a great job of employing great people to build a great culture.

Cons

If you don't think sales is for you, I would not recommend going into staffing. AKA if you don't like cold calling, then this job won't be for you.
