Pros

Very much a team atmosphere. Everyone pulls there own weight and then some. The comp plan is very fair and lucrative. I have personally had 2 people I know who have hired on and love it. Average tenure is 5 years at Modis for a reason; it is a great place to work!

Nice large office space, but is way to large. Management needs to reduce the size of the offices as it us way underutilized.

Cons

1st level management is very insecure and incompetent in what really needs to happen to produce true business results. Really emotionally unstable due to personal life, Yo-yo emotional management tactics based on lack of stability and experience. 1st level management is only interested in their own political gain instead of true sales. Moves accounts from one market to another in order to make it look like sales growth. 2nd level management would prefer to ignore business issues for fear of outing their own incompetence in hiring of 1st level management.
