Very smart people working there. Benefits are amazing, especially health coverage. Company is focused on establishing leadership in the emerging AI technology.

Cons

When layoffs and reductions happen, there is basically no effort made by leadership to find alternate roles for people impacted by the reduction. Morale is suffering from the ongoing layoffs and uncertainty - people are on edge.
