Business Outlook
Pros
Microsoft has a great culture and the people are wonderful to work with. They have a great work/life balance with lots of flexibility. The benefits were amazing.
Cons
As priorities changed, I found myself working on very different work than I was hired for, which I didn't enjoy as much and couldn't perform as well in. It was frustrating because I felt there was still valuable work in my area of expertise, but it was being almost eliminated from the list of priorities. There wasn't much to assist in a transition to a new role; only pressure to adapt to the change.
