Great Engineering Culture. Very strong people from all over the world come to work here. You can learn new things every week working with Eng & XFN. Everyone is super strong at what they do. Company perks are top notch. Very Eng friendly HR.

Cons

Very high expectation on EM to get everything right. any negative feedback, any miss gets penalised. Career Progression requirements are too hard to achieve. Performance Management for the team is excessive load.
