      Pros

      management cares deeply about your career direction, and alwys pushes you a little bit to grow, accept more responsabilities, and learn as much as possible.

      Cons

      flip side of this is that is not the place for people to kick back and relax in a comforting job rrole that you do the same thing day in and day out.

      Pros

      Facebook is all about growth. Growing the products, growing the company, but also growing its employees. Everybody is expected and encouraged to grow. Tight peer and upward/downward feedback cycles help a lot here. Transparent communication, no matter which direction it's flowing, is the norm.

      Cons

      Company size might be a problem for some. Intense growth has challenges too. Overall FB seems to be handling both much better than other companies, though.
