Pros

A lot of support to employees, perks are amazing. Maybe that's due to my role, but I found a lot more freedom in creating and challenging status quo at Facebook, than at Google where I was previously.

Cons

Not specific to Facebook, but evolution is tied to manager and not skilled based.

Pros

Facebook truly cares about its people and has built structure around support and growth. There are lots of opportunities for career growth. As a part of your onboarding plan, you walk through having an honest discussion with your manager in order to work towards your career goals. The tools and support from colleagues which all help in an individuals development.

Cons

Lots of competing priorities and views of different team goals. It can be overwhelming and at times inefficient.
