Pros

-Cool, dynamic office building with young coworkers. -Free food with good caterers. Snacks are very good. -Great product made by the founders (and easy to sell if you're a sales rep).

Cons

It has been a changing environment with the Cisco acquisition. Be careful...not all is rosy. People tend to "disappear" without good reason and layoffs are imminent.

Pros

You can make really good money if you get a good territory. Free food everyday, free beer and snacks!

Cons

I am writing from a male's perspective and I absolutely agree with the reviews about this place being a frat house. There really was a "vote" to all the sales people about who they wanted to be a manager and those people got promoted. The girls do feel harassed and have complained to management and they say it's just our culture. The HR department here is a joke, they don't do anything even though they know all the problems here.

Pros

The office is in a good location with free lunch, barista available few days.

Cons

You can't make any progress at Meraki, the most inept management ever. Every IC spends all their time in doing presentations to management to get approval, it strokes the ego of management to do endless reviews. The end result is that nothing gets shipped, and in the end there are endless decks and unhappy customers. The culture in design team is highly toxic, if you speak up against bad practices you will get fired, and there are too many. There is no value attached to good work at Meraki. It has taken company two years to release a sub-par AI Assistant which does a poor job of answering simple questions.
