      Meraki is profit generating unit for Cisco. Startup culture with 5000+ employees and access to a wide variety of tools and technologies.

      Cons

      youth-driven bro-culture. Seniors with 45+ years are constantly pushed out and under the constant pressure of mentoring new grads.

      Nothing, Meraki is a terrible place to work, don’t go there.

      Cons

      Leadership is very Jr and although they make money, they have no idea how to lead teams. SE org is run like a fraternity, Sales Team run like an elite social club.
